The Transgendered Page

All Titles On This Page Are Available On VCD. Certain titles are also available on DVD.

This page is dedicated to all of my T-Sisters & Brothers out there. I created this page to help everyone looking for transgender themed movies & TV shows find things faster. Some of the titles have a brief synopsis after them, explaining why they’re included on this page. I also started to add stills from the actual VCDs, so you can get an idea of the quality of the title, as well as how well the “girls” look.

All titles are $10.00, including shipping in the US. All titles are available on VHS format as well as VCD. I am currently converting everything on the other pages to VCD as well. For those unfamiliar with a VCD, it is similar to a DVD, and can be played on MOST DVD players. They can also be played on computers (IBM and Mac) that have a CD drive. Ordering information can be found on the home page. All prices include shipping and handling. I am willing to trade for other tapes, preferably those in the Public Domain, even if they don’t have a transgendered theme. Of course, having a transgendered theme is preferred. Please note that NONE of these titles are pornographic.

I don’t know how often I can update this particular page, since it takes time to get new films ready. It also takes time to find tapes that are in the Public Domain, so I can legally sell copies of them. However, I do plan to update this page before any of the others as I get transgendered related titles. Of course, that’s the theory. The reality is, I hate updating websites, since I’m too lazy to really learn code. And since I can’t find a good, free page generator that has drop & drag capabilities, I’m using a word processing program that I really don’t like. If I ever find a good program to replace it with, I will be updating all of the pages more often.

Since I do NOT advertise or list this page, please feel free to pass it on to other T’s out there. At this point, I am only listing it in Yahoo! And MSN Transgendered clubs. I myself am an M2F transsexual, waiting to move into a safer area and go full time. Until then, I do not want to make any obvious connections to me for faceless strangers. I’m sure that the majority of you can understand this. The main page with all of the other categories listed is available to the public.

You should know that I do NOT keep mailing lists, either physical or e-mail. As such, you will not end up on any mailing or spam lists. Just as I need a certain degree of anonymousity right now, I also respect the privacy of others.

One last thing. Although I normally only sell PUBLIUC DOMAIN titles, I have stretched my policy a bit here. I have a few titles that most likely aren’t in, or ever will be, in the public domain. However, they are all titles that are not commercially available. I am offering them to those that have an obsession to complete their collection of transgendered TV shows and movies. I am defining transgendered as including transsexual (MTF & FTM), transvestite, cross dressing, female (& occasionally male) impersonation, and intersexed. If any of the titles do become commercially available, I will remove them from the list. These titles are only available on this page.

I hope that this makes looking through my collection easier for you all,

For your convenience, I’ve (finally) broken the titles into categories for you, Movies, Television, and Talk Shows.

Movies

The Addams Family Halloween Reunion Special  AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

The original cast is reunited for the family’s biggest holiday, Halloween. I believe that the original “Grandmama” is replaced, however. 1977. Color.

The reason that it’s here: One of the men spying on the family has to dress as Little Bo Peep to crash the Addam’s annual Halloween family reunion. He may not be the cutest shepherdess you’ve ever seen, but Lurch would definitely argue with you.

At War With the Army

This 1950 comedy has Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin singing, dancing and laughing through World War 2. Based on the play by James Allardice. The movie also stars Pilly Bergin and Mike Kellin. Black and White.

The reason that it’s here: At one point, Jerry Lewis has to steal a dress from a U.S.O. entertainer to sneak off base. Once off base, he has to find Martin at a popular bar. While there, his sergeant gets fresh with Jerry, and refuses to let him go without buying “her” a drink first, and getting a little kiss.

Clancy Street Boys  AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

Mugs has to come up with a complete family on very short notice. It turns out that his mom has been lying to her brother-in-law for years about how many children she had, since he sent each one $50 on their birthday.

The reason that it’s here: One of the siblings that Mug’s has to create is a sister, who he creates out of Huntz Hall (who doesn’t look nearly as bad as you’d expect).

“Her” legs aren’t too bad, are they?

Classic Cartoons Vol 1

Each cartoon in this volume features an early (or first) appearance of a favorite cartoon character. The first cartoon is Woof! Woof!, which features an early version Mighty Mouse. He has magnetic powers and a yellow cape in this cartoon. The second cartoon features Heckle and Jeckle, in The Talking Magpies. One of the birds is still a female called Maggie. Farmer McDonald also makes an appearance. The third cartoon is Yankee Doodle Donkey, which features our Donkey friend as a recruit in an all dog army. The final short features Buzy the Talking Crow in The Stupidstitious Cat.

The reason that it’s here: You should check out the wolf in Wolf! Wolf! For a guy that uses dumbbells for breasts, he looks hot.

Cleo / Leo   AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

This is basically a retelling of “Goodbye Charlie.” In this movie, a sexist man is shot and comes back to life as a grown woman. She then tries to reclaim her company, that fell into her nephew’s hands thanks to a forged will.

The reason that it’s here: A man becomes a woman, body and (eventually) soul.

Clip 1              Clip 2              Clip 3

The Curse Of The Queerwolf    AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

A man is bitten by a dickenthorpe, and now turns into a drag queen when the moon is full. Yes, this is a parady of The Wolfman.

The reason that it’s here: Basically, a man is bitten by a transvestite (more of a she-male really), and turns into one as well.

Clip 1              Clip 2

Deathstalker

A barbarian (not Conan) has to save the world from an evil sorcerer. 1983.

The reason that it’s here: The evil wizard turns his captain of the guards into an exact replica of the princess in an attempt to kill the Deathstalker.

Doctor Jekyl And Sister Hyde

Mild mannered Dr Jekyl wants to find the cure for, well, everything. However, it would take more years than he has to develop a universal serum. So he tries his hand at an “elixir of life.” His inspiration? Females of a species live longer. So of course, he uses a special part of the brain that is only found in women. The result? He becomes a stunning woman every time he takes the potion. And as time goes on, the potion becomes less necessary.

Fatal Games

Someone is killing off the student body of an academy for future athletes. Yep, they really go to a college like that in this movie. Available on DVD.

The reason it’s here: If you don’t want to know anything about the ending of this mystery, STOP READING! All right, you were warned. The head coach for the women is a post-operative transsexual. I warned you not to read on.

Fear No Evil

Satan has been reincarnated as a boy in 1963. Now that he's 18, he's about to fulfill his destiny as the Anti-Christ, unless two Arch Angels which have also been reincarnated into human form can stop him. 1981.

The reason that it’s here: There is an “unholy trinity” in this movie. Two arch angels and Satan. The angels, although both male, have been reincarnated as women. Near the end of the movie, Satan also transforms the school stud. Although you only see “his” breasts, he makes several gestures that make it seem as though he was totally transformed.

Frankenstein Created Woman   AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

Dr Frankenstein enlists the help of an alcoholic doctor to learn the secret of trapping souls. They then transplant the soul of their assistant into the body of his girlfriend, who had just committed suicide. Color. 1967.

Clip 1              Clip 2              Clip 3

Fun With The Fab Four

This video features newsreel footage about the Beatles. Other footage includes a comedy sketch featuring the Beatles, press conferences, Pete Best and Jimmy Nicols. Black and white. Various Years.

The reason it’s here: Towards the end, there’s a clip from a British TV show that has the Beatles playing all the parts in a Shakespeare parody, including the women’s rolls.

Glen Or Glenda  AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

Ed Wood Jr stars in this transgendered classic from 1953. The two short stories as told by a psychiatrist and Bela Lugosi’s “God” are about a transsexual that has to come to grips with her life, and a transvestite that has to convince his fiancee that he’s a perfectly normal guy that just likes to dress up in her clothing. This is the FULL VERSION, that has the “bondage” scene that is often missing from the movie.

Just One Of The Girls

A male high school senior has to attend school as a girl to avoid a bully.

The Lemon Drop Kid

Bob Hope stars as a con artist that has to raise $10,000 by Christmas to pay off a mobster. Features the song Silver Bells. The movie also stars Tor Johnson, William Frawley, Marilyn Maxwell and Jane Darwell. Black and white. 1951.

The reason that it’s here: Hope has to dress as an elderly lady to sneak into the bad guys’ lair and free his girlfriend.

Li'l Abner

This is the 1940, black and white movie that brilliantly brought Dogpatch, and its residents, to life. Most of the characters, such as Mammy and Pappy Yokum, couldn't look more like their comic strip components no matter how hard the make up artists worked. Not to be confused with the 1959 Color musical.

The reason that it’s here: In order to elude Daisy Mae in the Sadie Hawkins Day Race, Abner dons a dress.

My Son The Vampire AVAILABLE ON VCD & DVD

This is one of the “Old Mother Riley” films, that stars a man as Old Mother Riley. Bela Lugosi plays a gun wielding, Nazi vampire in the movie.

Nancy Drew… Reporter Available on Mystery & Suspense Double Feature Vol 3

Nancy takes a journalism course, and then she thinks she’s a real reporter.

The reason its here: To capture the crooks that Nancy discovered, she convinces the Sergeant of the police to disguise himself as an elderly woman.

Popeye VOL 1

This is a collection of Popeye cartoons. All are in color, but are from various years.

The reason that it’s here: In Private Eye Popeye, he dons a disguise that would make Bluto forget about Olive for good. If only it was that easy to get dressed….

Vegas In Space

A male team of space law enforcement agents has to go undercover to an all women planet. Very campy, but in a cool sort of way. I believe the cast was supposed to be all male, but two of the secret agents may have been women porn stars.

The Woman Inside

A transsexual comes back from fighting in Viet Nam, ready to get sexual reassignment surgery. While she’s undergoing her hormone replacement therapy, she must face life with a sexist aunt, and a bully from her past life as a man. Incidentally, the transsexual was played by a woman, just as Felicity Huffman starred in Transamerica. The difference here is, she wasn’t made up to look masculine as a woman. The movie stars Gloria Moon, Dane Clark, and Joan Blondell. 1983.

Clip 1              Clip 2              Clip 3

Television Shows

The Adventures Of Robin Hood Vol 1

The first episode is Ladies Of Sherwood, where Robin has to sneak into town dressed as a woman to save a man from hanging. The second episode is Food For Thought, where Robin and his men set up a secret food bank for the villagers. Black and white.

Blondie: Puppy Love

This is an episode of the 1950’s TV series based on the comic strip. Normally, I don’t carry titles that have a “water mark” (think station ID logos, like on TV). However, I am making an exception for this title, and it is only available on this page of the web site.

Dagwood is such a proper lady.

The reason that it’s here: In order to help Alexander impress a girl at school, Dagwood volunteers to be in a play. As it turns out, the play is Charlie’s Aunt. The majority of the second half of the episode has Dagwood in drag, passing himself off as his mother, in order to keep a client from knowing that it’s him in a dress.

Bosom Buddies

Vol 1: Pilot Episode; Macho Man

This is the series about two guys that dress up as women in order to move into a women’s hotel. They claimed it was the only affordable apartment that they could find. Does that include buying a second wardrobe, make up, wigs, etc?

Dame Edna’s Hollywood Special

Dame Edna comes to America for a star studded special. Some of the stars include Cher and Mel Gibson.

The reason that it’s here: For those that don’t know, Dame Edna is the character of a female impersonator.

Get Smart

Vol 1:Seigfried Sells Out & Beauty Pageant.

Vol 2: Pool Hustler; 99 Gets Laid Off.

Vol 3: Circus; Witness For The Execution

Vol 4: The Best Man; The Chameleon

The reasons they’re here: Seirfried Sells Out has a male researcher that has turned himself into a beautiful woman through his hormonal studies. 99 Gets Laid Off has the Chief & Larabee going undercover as women. Circus has a character that is half man, half woman (split down the middle, or course). Best Man features Agent 38 (as in 38, 26, 36, get it?), a female impersonator working as a sexy show girl in a skimpy (for 1960’s TV) outfit. The Chameleon features a master of disguise that infiltrates C.O.N.T.R.O.L. as several people, including 99.

I think I’d enjoy the show more if 38 replaced 99.

Justice League of America Unaired Live Action Pilot (1990's)

This is the unaired pilot based on DC Comics' long running super-hero team. It features David Ogden Stiers as The Martian Manhunter, Michelle Hurd as Fire, Kim Oja as Ice, Matthew Settle as Green Lantern, John Kassir as The Atom, and Kenny Johnson as The Flash. The Green Lantern character is a composite of both Guy Gardener and Hal Jordan, and the Flash is a composite of Wally West and Barry Allen.

The reason that it’s here: In one scene, The Martian Manhunter turns himself into a copy of Fire, to fool the guy who figured out her secret identity.

Love American Style

Vol 11: Women’s Lib; Murphy’s Bed; The Lost Dog.

Vol 12: The Athlete; The New Roommate; The Element; Pen Pals.

Vol 21: The Amateur Night; The Legend; The Triple Threat; The Girlish Groom

The reasons that they’re here: Women’s Lib is about a male writer that wants to live as a woman to see what the movement is really about. He then falls in love with a woman that turns out to be a male undercover cop. The Athlete is about a woman Olympian that is suspected of being male (or at least having been at one time). The Girlish Groom is about a straight female impersonator trying to get through law school.

My Summer As A Girl

A young man has to spend the summer working as a chambermaid at a seaside resort, in order to spend his summer vacation away from home. Basically, a CBS School Break version of Tootsie. Stars Zach Braff, Barbara Barrie, Ian Kahn and Alexondria Lee.

Opus & Bill: A Wish For Wings That Work

Opus the penguin and Bill the Cat star in their first (and last) animated special. Yes, these are the same lovable characters from Bloom County and the second strip that Breath had (sorry, I keep forgetting its name). Color.

The reason that it’s here: For those that haven’t seen the second strip that Breath had, it featured a transvestite cockroach, which also makes an appearance in this cartoon.

Sex Bytes

This is from a short-lived HBO series that focused on sex and the internet. This episode features a team of MTF transsexual porn stars.

Self Improvement And Instructional

These are titles that can help you to become (or at least look & act like) a better woman.

Cosmopolitan: 20-Minute Workout

Learn the basics of makeup and hair techniques to help you look your best, all in 20 minutes. Granted, this isn’t a transgendered tape, but it is very educational. The techniques also include skin care. Everything is explained as if the stylist & cosmetologist are talking to a novice, so even beginners can benefit from this title.

Talk Shows

The following titles are all from various talk shows that had some sort of transgendered theme. Please bare in mind that the quality of some of these will be less than perfect, or even have a station identification logo on them. They are grouped together by the title of the show. Again, I offer these primarily to those that are seeking to complete their collection of transgendered themed TV shows. I am also willing to trade any title in this section for other transgender themed shows.

Geraldo

These episodes are from Geraldo’s original series, syndicated primarily to Tribune Entertainment stations.

Cross Dressed Crossed Lovers

The focus of this episode was transvestites coming out to their lovers.

Female To Male Transsexuals

This is a rare show dealing with FTM transsexuals.

My Wife Got Me Pregnant

An MTF transsexual impregnated his wife prior to surgery.

Jenny Jones

She was one of the best interviewers for transgendered people. She always treated everyone with dignity and respect, even when the other hosts started to get rude for ratings (think Richard Bay or Jerry Springer).

I Went From Geeky Teen To Sexy Drag Queen

The panel consists of guys that were teased in high school for being too nerdy and / or effeminate. Since then, they have all either become drag performers or transsexuals. The picture is a bit grainy at times, and the first couple of minutes (Jenny’s opening comments) are missing.

The Joan Rivers Show

This is from Ms River’s original syndicated series.

Tula Interview

This is an interview with Caroline “Tula” Cossey. This is NOT the entire show. I only have the 31-minute interview.

Maury

An icon in the talk shows business. After all these years, he still manages to offer a tasteful show, even though most of his “contemporaries” have taken the low road to get their ratings. Not counting all of his “Who’s The Father OF My Baby” shows.

Change For A Day

A man and wife swap genders for a day as part of a magazine’s experiment. The couple is interviewed both in their real genders, as well as their adopted ones. It can be very informative for those looking for passing help.

I’m 100% Woman… Or Am I?

This is one of Maury’s shows where the audience tries to see if they can tell the transgendered women from the genetic ones.

Jahna Steel Interview

Las Vegas celebrity Jahna Steel is interviewed just after she went public. The second part of the show focuses on children that are rapidly aging due to a genetic disease.

Lovely Ladies Or Gorgeous Guys

Can you tell which is which?

Tropical Girls

Another “Which is really a girl?” show.

Montel Williams

When his show first started, he would have the occasional “sexploitation” show, even though he made sure that it was done so clean that it was out right boring. Now, he only does “quality” shows, but still makes sure that every episode is boring.

Pregnant Hermaphrodite

An intersexed woman that was raised as a male has become pregnant as a woman.

The Morton Downey Jr Show

This was Morton’s second series. It was based in Chicago, and only lasted a few months in syndication. This episode featured the Miss Downey Pageant, which was a beauty contest featuring both transgendered and genetic women. The panelists were Mimi Marks, Svengoulie (a local horror movie host), and Mancow (a local radio personality).

Night Talk

This was a short-lived, syndicated talk show in the late 1980’s / early 1990’s.

Female To Male Transsexuals

This show features several FTM transsexuals, as well as their families.

My Personal Life Cost Me My Job

The panel consisted of several transsexuals that were fired after their employers found out about their pasts. Also on the panel was a psychologist that supports transgendered rights, a lesbian, and the man that fired her for attending a Gay Rights rally.

Teen Transsexuals

This episode had several teenaged transsexuals that were willing to share their experiences in order to help others find the courage to start their process. The show also features a teen that was trying to get support from her mother.

Sally Jessie Rapheal

This was a long lasting syndicated series in the 1980’s and 1990’s.

I’m Not Who You Think I Am

An episode dealing with transgendered people.

Transsexual Law Breakers

The panel consisted of MTF transsexuals that were in prison for various reasons. The focus was on how they were treated, and in one case, forced to live with male prisoners despite having been on hormone replacement therapy.

Jerry Springer

It’s hard to believe that Jerry started out as a respectable host. I guess he saw that Richard Bay was doing well at the time, so he decided to abandon his journalistic ideologies and go sleazy.

My Girlfriend Is Really A Guy

Transsexuals and transvestites tell their lovers that they are/were men. This is from before Springer sold out completely.

Tyra

Former super model Tyra Banks has a nice talk show. She’s one of the few that still treat people with respect, and try to have informative shows on occasion. Unlike certain other hosts that focus on celebrity guests.

Transsexual Top Model

Tyra does a take off of her UPN series with a transgendered twist.
