nemesis, Crazy Horse. They have to learn to trust each other in order to escape
the Blackfoot territory. The film stars Wayne Maunder, Slim Pickens, and Mary Ann Mobley (before she won her Miss America title).

A surprisingly funny
John Wayne movie. John and his friend, a traveling "lightning rod
salesman" (really a con man) help Wayne's brother to stop some cattle
rustlers. Based on a Zen Grey novel of the same name. 1938. Black and White. Available

Roy Rogers as an
American Robin Hood helping local farmers keep their land from crooked railroad
executives. Also features George "Gabby" Hayes, Sally Payne and Trigger. This just might be the movie
Peter Brady was watching. It makes Jesse out to be a good guy, instead of a
